Bienvenue à toi! First of all, I know how hard can it be to learn a new language and that's brave of you to start. I would like to comfort you by the fact I've been teaching french while I was in Australia. I'm completely fine with those two languages. I'll always adapt myself to you, however my goal will be to make you speaking french ;)
In the past I've been teaching french but also English to adults, students and children. I've learnt to adapt my lessons according to my students to make them enjoying learning and make the learning easier and funnier.
I plan my lessons on oral and written exercises, with me or on your own, according to your expectations and your own goals.

How easy is it to learn French in Dublin?
If you are feeling well and comfortable with your french teacher, french will not be hard and you will enjoy it. I recommend you to take contact with the teacher you're interested in and explain him/her your learning intention before starting the lessons to make sure both of you can work together.
How much time does it take to learn French in Dublin?
Everything depends on your expectations!
If you are a beginner and want to turn to be a really good french speaker, then it might take a few years. If you want to know the basics, it might take a few months. If you just want to know how to say "my name is..." then you just need few minutes!
