Hello, my name is Tatiana. I've been teaching French since I was just 17 years old, I started when I was a school student. Interestingly, my first student entered Sorbonne University afterward.
More than 300 of my students live all over the world and they succeeded in achieving various aims: passing exams (such as DELF, DALF, A-levels, TCF), moving to different countries, getting promotions.
I'm not only a tutor but also the author of my own online courses, which have proved to be really helpful.
I've got a degree in philology and in sociology.
As for my classes, I always maintain a friendly and open atmosphere and help my students 24/7 if they have any questions concerning their French studies.
I'm a keen language learner myself (apart from fluent English, I also speak Spanish at a high level and can get by in Italian, Chinese and Thai), so I can fully understand all the hardships a new language learner can encounter.

Is French easy to learn?

I'm new to this site, so I do not have any review so far. However, I'm ready to offer you a free trial lesson, so you can see what my classes are like and then decide.
I'm going to do everything possible to make the process of studying easy and delightful. When you approach French comprehensively, using various video and audio materails, you do not notice the time flying.

How much time does it take to learn French in City of London?

It depends on your learning goals. If we talk about A2 level, which is considered to be high enough in the majority of every day situations, then it can take less then a year or even less. It also varies depending on whether or not you are ready to do your homework and your aptitude for languages.

Looked for a native russian speaker who was fluent in french and english - to have immersion-style lessons. We use english only as a last resort as I am trying to practice my native russian which I do not speak anymore. A bit of a complex request - to practice two languages! We have had three sessions so far. 1 1/2 hrs each. I gave her list of vocabulary that I want to practice speaking every session and we fly through the list! Other tutors I might spend twice as long and do half as much. She is patient, attentive, creative and diligent in making sure I get the most from my sessions and adjusts her technique when my comprehension starts to lag - she intuitively adjusts to her students needs very quickly. If you do not have material or know where to start she also has her own courses, but she is flexible and can work on whatever you have. She is great to learn french from in english but even better in russian!
