Is French easy to learn?
No, it's not, for two reasons :
- there's many rules but also many exceptions of the rules
- the prononciation is not easy for people who use to speak in English
How much time does it take to learn French in Cebu City?
Depends on the level and the needs. It could take decades !
First step would be a primary language to exchange informations and communicate in simple ways. This first step would take 6 month at least. Depends also of the studient.
