I'm from Cebu, Philippines and I learned how to speak Bisaya-Cebuano (My native language) and Tagalog because it is our national language. I'm currently living in the United States of America however, it won't be a hindrance for me to teach you the language. My major is Education and I was a teacher (offline and online) in the Philippines for 7 years. I'm confident that I can teach you what you want to know.
