Certified English Teacher for 23 Years

Hello lovely students. I am teacher Jill. I have well over 23 years of teaching non-native learners (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mexican, and Ukrainian) the English language in both online and face-to-face settings. I have excellent communication skills, I am enthusiastic and have good interpersonal skills.

I used to work at 4 established English academies in Cebu City, Philippines: Philinter Center for the English Language, English Fella Educational Corporation, ECC Japan, and Star Gate Global Education. I am always a hard-working individual, especially in improving my teaching skills and in helping students reach their language acquisition goals. I have garnered an international TESOL certification and the Trainer's Methodology 1 issued by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of the Philippines. My experiences and self-drive have developed my adaptability, interpersonal, and leadership skills which are essential in a classroom and working in an educational institution with varied cultural backgrounds.
