Hi! I’m an immigrant from the Philippines who has proudly called Canada home for over 10 years. My journey has taken me through many different industries, cultures, and experiences, giving me the opportunity to meet amazing people and learn a variety of languages along the way.

I spent 7 years in the call center industry and another 7 years working in the cruise ship industry. These experiences helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for connecting with people from different backgrounds. I’m also fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and have learned other languages throughout my journey.

Today, I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and an instructor, where I have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and share my knowledge with students. I truly enjoy helping others learn and grow, and teaching has become something I’m very passionate about.

My professional journey has also included working as a bartender and an electrical apprentice, so I’ve experienced many different environments and learned valuable lessons from each one. I believe these diverse experiences allow me to bring a unique and practical perspective to my lessons.

As a tutor, my goal is to make every lesson fun, engaging, comfortable, and exciting. I believe learning should not feel intimidating or boring. I’m patient, friendly, and adaptable, and I like to tailor my lessons to each student’s goals, interests, and learning style.

Outside of work, I love swimming, hiking, traveling, and discovering new experiences.
