Hello ππ»
My name is Mozhdah Sadozai, and Iβm originally from Afghanistan. I am an Oral Health Therapist based in Sydney, and beside my professional career, I also have a strong passion for teaching Persian/Farsi.
I have been tutoring for over 6 years, including throughout my university studies, and I truly enjoy sharing my language and culture with others in a fun, supportive, and engaging way. Teaching is something that brings me a lot of joy because it allows me to connect with people, build their confidence, and help them develop valuable communication skills.
I offer both online lessons via Zoom and in-person sessions on weekdays and weekends. I usually conduct lessons in public libraries around the Parramatta and Hills district. My lessons are tailored to each studentβs level and learning style, whether you are a complete beginner or someone wanting to improve speaking, reading, writing, or conversational skills.
I strongly believe that learning a new language is more than just memorising words β it opens doors to new cultures, strengthens memory and thinking skills, and helps build confidence. My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students feel motivated to learn, ask questions, and reach their full potential while genuinely enjoying the process. π
These are the easiest ways of learning farsi/dari:
memorise as many persian vocabulary words as you can.
we will Focus on Farsi pronunciation.
Ignore Persian script for now.
Speak Farsi daily. and make it like a routine.
Immerse Yourself in the Farsi Language. .
Get familiar with Persian literature and poetry.
i will provide the best power point lessons for you in order to make it easier for you to learn as quickly as possible.
Compared with the other major language of the Middle East and some European languages, Persian and dari are relatively easy for English-speaking people to learn, and is regarded as extremely sonorous and beautiful to listen to. Farsi is remarkably simple in terms of formal grammar. persian/dari is commonly a genderless language which makes it easier for the learners to quickly pick up :)
