Natitive English Tutor

Hello, I am a certified English tutor with 2 years of experience. I have worked with students of all ages and levels, corporates, business and individual clients, from beginners to advanced learners. I am passionate about helping people learn English and I believe that everyone can achieve their language learning goals.

Having a strong academic background in English. I was able to graduate from USIU with a degree in English Language and Literature and tourism management with first class Honors. I also have a TEFL certification, which is a qualification that shows that I am qualified to teach English as a foreign language.

In my teaching, I focus on helping students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. I use a variety of methods to make learning English fun and engaging, such as sports, tours, entertainment, and current global issues. I also tailor my teaching to each student's individual needs and learning style.

I am a patient and understanding tutor who is committed to helping my students succeed. I am also a native English/Swahili speaker, so I can provide my students with authentic feedback on their pronunciation and grammar.

Here are some tips for writing:
• Always introduce yourself with your first or official name.
• Proofreading ( check spelling and use of full stops, commas… etc.) text/E-mail before hitting send.
• If writing a thesis or an educational paper always show the source and the writer to avoid plagiarism (copying people’s work). Proofread your introduction carefully before submitting it.
