Raised and university educated and work experience from USA

Native English speaker from the USA, 35 years. I can only speak and listen to Chinese and Taiwanese. I was raised in America. I have a university degree and over 15 years of working with the American government in finance and project management. Looking for a change so I recently moved back to my born city of Tainan. Hoping to help my country's people improve their English and maybe learn some Chinese myself. I love kids and this would be a great start for me to get my experience and be able to reach out to my hometown people.
