Experience teaching at many of the tech companies in the Hsinchu Science Park for 16 years. Have taught group classes with young engineers, 1 on 1 classes with executive managers, and large seminar style classes. In addition, have spent several years teaching English at three universities in the Hsinchu area. With several degree's (Aerospace Technology, International Economics, Computer Science, and a Master’s degree in Business). Have practical experience in the corporate world and have owned several businesses. Earned my TELF-Business English (120 hours) in 2012. I enjoy teaching ESL learners how to have real conversations in English rather than teaching useless grammar lessons.

I find that 1 on 1 is the best way, but that is in combination with other many tools that are available today.
