Hi, I’m Guy, a Business English Language Teacher with a background in project management. With over 20 years of experience working with global project teams, I’ve witnessed first hand how communication gaps can impact project success.

Since 2008, I have collaborated on large-scale transformation projects across international teams and stakeholders. One recurring challenge stood out—poor communication and ambiguous documentation in the early stages of a project, leading to delays, misunderstandings, and project creep.
