Theo is a teacher of English, Acting & Shakespeare in English. Lives and works in New York City and Los Angeles. His teaching method also includes classes with American Native Speakers.
Theo is a dual citizen who graduated in acting from the Atlantic Theater Company Conservatory in New York City. He has acting credit from the educational series ''We Speak NYC'. With the help of speech tutors and the method of Edith Skinner (Speak with Distinction), he managed to improve immensely his fluency and authentic accent. He teaches English, both individually, mainly to working professionals, students, and artists applying to higher education institutions in the USA and Great Britain, and in small groups. In Los Angeles, he had the honor of teaching English and public speaking to a leading scholar in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Theo teaches international students and students from all over Europe.

The Classes:

~English tutoring for children grades 1-12

The course focuses on school requirements & uses the specific English system that the student is already utilizing in class. In addition, we emphasize correct sound placement, conversational skills & precise pronunciation.

~Accent reduction

The course focuses on the role of speech in the learning process. We will provide you with the tools & skills to minimize a native accent while sounding authentic. The course includes speech & sound placement exercises inspired by Edith Skinner’s "Speak with Distinction" method, as well as online meetings with native speakers. The aim is to help you perfect your Mid-Atlantic accent.

I will work with you on your language, presentation, and communication skills, in order to nail every job interview & boost your professional confidence.

~Acting coaching

We specialize in individually crafted acting coaching sessions for prospective students interested in auditioning for elite acting schools worldwide. Our students, over the years, have been successfully admitted to & graduated from such schools as the Atlantic Acting Conservatory in New York City, the Stella Adler Studio of Acting & The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. ~Public speaking We will teach you how to speak confidently & eloquently in front of an audience. The aim is to teach you how to prepare, move, enunciate & land your message in the most productive way possible.
