English is a language that can be used anywhere, so learning it is a good idea in any case, no matter your situation. In my opinion, it is not difficult to learn at all; you just need to want to learn! The time it takes to learn English can't be defined, but I'd say the basics only take a few months. If you use it daily, you will be able to learn and adapt quickly to it!
