Conversational English Practice and Proofreading
I am a current Master’s student at the University of Iceland. Prior to moving to Iceland, I worked at a tutoring center in the United States. I tutored students ages 10-18 in English reading and writing, however, I am open to working with all ages!
Conversational sessions can be laid-back or structured depending on your goals and proficiency. I also offer proofreading and editing of written work. I really enjoy the topic of English grammar, so if that is an area you struggle with, please reach out!

What is the easiest way to learn English in Reykjavik?
For people with some previous experience with English, the best way to learn is often through conversation. This helps the most with real-life use of the language more than formal classes. However, for a person with no background in English a formal class would be a better introduction.
Is it difficult to learn English in Reykjavik?
No, I don’t think so! So many people speak English here that there are plenty of opportunities to practice what you have learned!
