According to o me, the most efficient way to learn a language is to add an element of fun to it. For example, a car enthusiast can learn basic conversations around cars like, "What is the name of that car?" "How many cars are parked there?" Adding your personal passion/topic helps you pick up the basic vocabulary of a language better.
