English is no more difficult to learn than any other language. What makes it easy is that there is so much material available and so many opportunities to practice.

How much time does it take to learn English in Panama City?

Learning English is a journey, and you will never come to an end. To be able to make simple conversation (A2) usually takes three months at least. I work mostly with students who are already at a B2, and it can be a year before they reach C1.
