I’m not your traditional English teacher — and that’s exactly what makes my classes different.

While we’ll always work towards your personal goals, I believe learning English should be fun, engaging, and relevant to your everyday life. Rather than focusing only on textbooks and grammar exercises, our lessons will include plenty of practical conversation and real-life situations, so you can build the confidence to actually use English naturally.

I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Birmingham in the UK, and I’ve spent many years studying and working in international environments. This experience allows me to support students not only with their English, but also with navigating academic and professional settings in an international environment.

Whether you’re preparing to study abroad and want to feel more confident participating in university classes, presentations, and discussions, or you’re looking to improve your English for the workplace, I’ll help you develop the skills you need for the situations that matter to you. I can also provide guidance and coaching for students considering further education, university applications, or pursuing their studies internationally, drawing from my own experience studying in both Canada and the UK.
