Learn English with a Russian English Native Speaker :)

These days, I am teaching English online, whether it be General English, Business English, conversational English and so on. I also help my students prepare for exams like TOEFL or IELTS (I have personal experience of having successfully passed a TOEFL exam back in 2008 when I was applying to the University of Toronto).

The preferred age of my students is 14+. I may consider taking younger learners as long as we connect well and their English level is intermediate at the least.

I hold a 120 hour TEFL certificate. My master's in Education with University of the People is down the pipeline.

My English skills started shaping up as early as in elementary school but got the first major boost at the International Christian University-Kiev where all courses were taught in English, chiefly by American and Canadian instructors. My further studies at the University of Toronto in Canada brought my English to the next level, eventually getting me on a par with a native English speaker. Among other things, this enabled me to work successfully as an English teacher in Shanghai, China. Mainly, I dealt with G1-G6 graders. In 2020 I had to leave China due to the pandemic and have been teaching English online ever since.
