American Raised Russian

I grew up in America as a Russian adoptive kid from the Soviet Union. I currently teaching two boys, ages 10 & 11 at a private school in Moscow for 2 years now. During the summer I host a speaking club on Saturday afternoons. I recently got my TEFL certification at the end of last year. It was easy for me as a kid to learn English, as I was an active reader. I was constantly reading a book during the summertime when school was out for the year. During the summer before 6th grade, I was able to read the first three books of the Harry Potter series, before they became movies. Some people struggle with learning English, but there's always a way for someone to learn. We will find out the best way for you.
