I think English is one of the more easier languages to learn, especially if you have a compelling reason to learn. If you are motivated and have good planning in setting a certain time each day when your mind is alert you will learn more quickly.
How much time does it take to learn English in Limerick?
To learn a new language is very individual, if you are motivated after 6 months you can have a solid base and upon which to build.
