I used to work as an English teacher for 3 years through the Ministry of Education and Amutat Lavy. I am a certified high school English teacher through the Hebrew University of Jerusalem but taught in Elementary schools. I taught in Maale Adumim, German Colony, Modi'in, and Yefe Nof in Jerusalem. I now teach privately on Zoom. I'd like to help you pass the bagrut. I think grammar is very important. If you don't speak, you won't learn. Reading and writing are important, but not as much as speaking.
