I am an 21 year student at FU Berlin, studying Japanese Studies. I have an Abitur from a gymnasium that specialises in foreign languages. I am a fluent speaker of English (which we speak in the family+ completed Cambridge Certificate C2), Russian (which I speak with my mother and my siblings, 17 years of Russian school) and German. I can teach all three languages at the same level but most recently have been teaching conversational English, including to a student introduced to me by Tutoroo.
In fact, languages are my strength, as I am also learning French and Japanese. I am actually half-Japanese and half-Ukrainian, brought up mostly in Germany (but born in Spain), but with a UK passport. So I am as international as they come, a real cross-culture citizen. My interests include art and fashion; I also love travelling and am hoping to live in Japan once I graduate. I believe that learning a language should be fun, and I promise that our lessons will not be boring!
