Frequently Asked Questions

What is the easiest way to learn English in Athens?

Practice! Since moving here I have noticed just how many people speak great English, so if you feel comfortable, try ordering a coffee or speaking to the cashier in English next time. They are used to it from the tourists and practicing what you learn out loud is the best way to solidify your confidence and understanding. My sessions will use the same principle, and aim to help you improve your English by having longer conversations about things you want to be able to discuss, while also providing an environment where you can ask questions or for help with anything you feel less certain about!

Is English easy to learn?

English is a notoriously tricky language to learn, but the positive is that there are so many resources out there! Particularly media and tv, one of the best ways to passively improve your language skills between teaching is by listening to or watching things that you enjoy in English.
