Hi there, I was born in Zottegem, in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium and after getting my degree as a translator and interpreter I left my hometown to move to Mexico where I lived for over 16 years. Apart from making Belgian waffles for my friends over there, I also had the opportunity to teach my mother tongue to many Mexican students and share more details about my culture and people. I love teaching and interacting with people from different backgrounds, cultures, languages, and walks of life. Let me show you that Dutch can be fun!
