When my family moved to the Czech Republic, I started learning Czech from zero in first grade. So I know what it feels like to not understand people around you, search for the right words, and worry about saying something wrong.
I’ve been involved in education projects for over 5 years and have been tutoring individually for 3 years. I’m very communicative, and it’s important to me that students feel relaxed, safe, and comfortable enough to speak, ask questions, make mistakes, and even laugh at them sometimes.
At the same time, I take teaching seriously. I really enjoy the systematic and didactic side of it — planning, adapting, and finding the best way for each person to learn. Everyone has different goals, pace, strengths, and barriers, so I don’t believe in one method for everyone.
The easiest way is to connect Czech with your real life. Speak regularly, use the language in everyday situations, and focus on what you actually need — work, school, friends, exams, or daily communication. I adapt lessons to your goals, pace, and progress instead of following one fixed method.
zech can be challenging, especially at the beginning, but it becomes much easier with a clear system, regular practice, and a relaxed environment where you are not afraid to make mistakes. I started learning Czech from zero myself, so I know how important it is to build confidence step by step.
And once you can speak Czech well, you definitely have something to be proud of — it’s considered one of the more difficult European languages to learn.
