Hello! My name is Denise, and my roots trace back to China where I was born and raised. Currently, I call Toronto my home.

Since 2022, I've embarked on a journey of teaching Mandarin, and have also established a Mandarin learning platform accessible on YouTube and Instagram under the handle @denisedailychinese. My academic background includes a Master's degree in Media and Cultural Studies, and I am proficient in both Mandarin and English.

My forte lies in imparting spoken Mandarin to non-native speakers, where I skillfully blend traditional teaching methods with modern approaches, tailored to suit diverse learning preferences.
