Hi! My name is Yuan from China. Now study at Sofia University. In my spare time, I teach for kids also adults who are interested in Chinese for almost 2 years since I came to Sofia. Chinese is my mother language and I can speak English and Bulgarian. Of course, it’s the best way to learn the Chinese language with a mother language speaker. Many people think that Chinese is difficult to learn because it’s totally different from Bulgarian. But actually, trust me it’s not so much difficult than you imagined.

I think here in Sofia it’s a good place to learn Chinese. The Confucius Institute is the first one in Europe. And here we have Chinese culture center so you can get in touch with Chinese language and culture easily. And we have internet, it will help.
How much time does it take to learn Chinese / Mandarin in Sofia?
According to my teaching experience, I think if you have classes regularly like 4 days or 5 days a week, after 2 years, you can have a good result at least you can communicate for daily life
