As a native speaker of both Chinese languages, I can effectively teach a native Cantonese speaker to speak fluent Mandarin.

Classes by video chat or over the phone are convenient, more affordable, and more effective than most people realize. Many people believe it is a requirement to be face-to-face for effective learning, but that simply isn't true. As an example, visually impaired people can learn languages just fine without being able to see their teacher.
Video lessons are especially useful during times of social distancing, as well.
