Hi, I am a native Chinese speaker with advanced English proficiency. Before moving to Budapest, I had studied in the US for six years and received master’s degree in fine art. Currently I'm working as a freelance tutor. I’m experienced in tutoring children, teenagers and adults in various subjects, with a focus on English and Mandarin. To me, learning a new language is like running a marathon. One single step doesn’t seem like much, but consistent repetitive work will add up and be a game-changer at some point. When it comes to Mandarin, people may hear about how difficult it is, especially the characters and tones, but let me tell you the good news: Chinese grammar is quite simple (compared with English).
