(ONLINE LESSONS ONLY) - Hi everyone! Mingalarbar. I am Phue. I am a 2020 graduate from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Currently, I am residing in Japan (studying at Tohoku University). I am a native of Myanmar (Burmese), and I have experience in teaching and working as a private tutor since high school. I can explain Burmese 4- skills along with etiquette and manners in fluent English.
I approach a lesson with flexibility and a lot of patience and proceed at a pace that I find comfortable and valuable. After each lesson, you will be provided with a PDF lesson note, which you can use as a revision at your convenience. Homework is given if requested and appropriate.
I also welcome any Burmese fellows who grew up in foreign countries and thus have a hard time engaging 'our ancestors' language. ^^
Do not give up on being bilingual or even more.
I love to know any feedback from past lessons with me, so I welcome any advice!
I would love to see you. Thank you and have a good day!
#Students must be at least 11 years old to learn the language.
The more exposure to the language, the better you get familiar with the flow ~ (flow of Burmese expressions, tones, and flow of my class ^^). I give online lessons only.
Depends on how much time and effort you can put in. While Burmese is not easy, you can be fluent in the language after 200-400 hours of diligent study (for Total Beginners).
