I believe that learning a language is not as easy as 1 2 3 but I will help you to make it easier for you to understand and I'm willing assist until you can understand it. Learning is a step by step process so with consistency of studying the language, you can really see the progress. day by day.
Is it difficult to learn Bisaya Cebuano in Tokyo?
I believe it is . but as long as you have the eagerness, willingness and patience to learn, you will learn the language.
Just like me I'm still studying Japanese language and it is not easy for me to actually learn it faster and to be able to speak Japanese language quickly but I won't give up and I will keep learning it everyday.
I believe that one day I will able to speak my target language.
