Hi! I'm Grace—20 years of age. I grew up in a Visayan household, particularly in Bohol. I am fluent in speaking Bisaya as well as speaking Tagalog. I don't have certificates, etc. however I had a brief experience in tutoring. I'm a proactive person who is dedicated to everything that I do. And to answer some of your questions:
How easy is it to learn Bisaya Cebuano? To answer this question, first things first, learning Bisaya is a bit challenging, just a bit. But I assure you my future students it'll be a fun and exciting process.
What's the easiest way to learn it? The easiest way to learn is to practice speaking the language with someone who knows how to speak it, at least twice or thrice a week for you to familiarize yourself and also just enjoy while learning, trust me it'll make things easier.
Is it easy and/or difficult to learn it? As I've said learning it is a bit challenging. It won't be easy, but it won't be difficult too. Because I'll do my best to assist you in your learning process.
How much time will it take to learn it? The duration of the learning process will depend on the student's progress. But as I've said I will be assisting you. And see that I'll be with you(online) while learning it.
I hope that my answer will guide you to learn about Bisaya Cebuano. Looking forward to sharing my knowledge and learning something while teaching. Thank you.
As to learning Bisaya Cebuano in Manila, I can say it'll be easier since some of the Bisaya and Tagalog words have little similarities. So some of the words might be difficult to understand. However, some of it is familiar too.
The duration of the learning process will depend on the student's progress. But as I've said I will be assisting you. And see that I'll be with you (online) while learning it.
