I am a licensed public school teacher in the Philippines. I have been teaching for 5 years and that includes a subject called Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE), It is a subject that we teach in Bisaya. I attended a regional training for MTB (bisaya) on the enhancement of the Pedagogical skill in teaching reading in the Mother-tongue. I am also almost finished with my Masters's Degree in Special Education for teaching Hearing Impaired students. I have adequate knowledge of signing the Filipino sign language FSL and a bit of American Sign Language.
