Hello! Hope you are doing great. My name is Alfred. a full-grown Filipino. I live in Cebu City, Philippines and I am a Computer Technology graduate. I can speak English, Tagalog which is our national language, and Cebuano or Bisaya which is my native tongue. I am currently working as a Technical Support and looking for a part-time job. I have been in the BPO industry for more than a decade working as a Customer Service Support and as a Technical Support.
I've also worked in an ESL company before where I was a Tech. guy and love to sit in during my free time to observe the classes where I learned the basics of teaching. I have experience teaching as a part-time instructor where my students are adults and the subject was Introduction to Computer Technology in one of the Universities here in our country. I was also a Product Specialist and a Trainer where I taught newly hired applicants and our clients abroad how to install, use, and troubleshoot our program online. I am also teaching English, Tagalog, and Introduction to Computer Technology to my son as well as my nephews at their younger age and help them with their assignments.
