Absolutely, it is quite easy to learn.Basically, if you just learn and you don't try to speak with other in it ,than it is more harder to learn .So, you need to practise speaking continuously.Because, we all know that practise makes a man perfect.
Is it difficult to learn Bengali in Dhaka?
No, it is easy but a little bit difficult if you are a foreigner. Because you don't have any idea that which academy is best to learn Bangla easily.That' why for foreigner it is quite difficult.
