A journey into Armenian - with joy, spirit and smile

Private Armenian Tutor in Yerevan and Online

I was born on April 6 in Gavar, a town in the Gegharkunik region of Armenia. I currently live in Yerevan. I graduated from Gavar Secondary School No. 4 and later earned my degree in Armenian Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology at Gavar State University.

I have 5 years of experience teaching Armenian language and literature to children aged 7 to 12 in an offline, home-based format. I am a patient and dedicated teacher who always strives to help students reach their goals, no matter what.

Alongside teaching, I also worked at the Gavar Sports School SNCO as a Human Resources Specialist. I am married and a proud mother of two wonderful children.

I’m excited to share my love for the Armenian language and help students feel confident in learning it step by step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Armenian easy to learn?

Armenian can be challenging at first, especially because it has its own unique alphabet and sounds that may be unfamiliar to many learners. However, with the right guidance, a clear step-by-step approach, and consistent practice, Armenian becomes much easier and enjoyable to learn.

Its grammar has logical structure, and once you learn the basics, you’ll start recognizing patterns quickly. Also, Armenian is a beautiful and expressive language — learning it is not just about communication, but also about connecting with a rich culture and deep history.

With a patient and supportive tutor, like me, the journey becomes smooth, fun, and rewarding.

Is it difficult to learn Armenian in Yerevan?

Learning Armenian in Yerevan is actually a great advantage! While the language can be challenging at first, being surrounded by native speakers gives you daily opportunities to hear, practice, and absorb it naturally.

Many people in Yerevan are friendly and happy to help you practice, even with simple conversations. Plus, signs, menus, and local media are all in Armenian — perfect for immersive learning.

With the help of a patient tutor and real-life exposure around the city, you can make fast and confident progress. The key is to stay curious and keep practicing!
