I am Moustafa from Egypt and live in Saudi Arabia. I have more than 20 years of experience in learning and development people and organizations. I started as an ICT and business trainer in 2000 and promoted in 2004 to be the director of the largest training and development program in the middle east. The main aim of the program was to qualify the fresh graduates to the business market through teaching them three main business pillars IT skills, English skills, soft skills, and business & management skills. I worked as a teacher assistant at a private university in Egypt in the computer science faculty. I moved then to Saudi Arabia to be hired in a reputable company as a learning and development manager.
I am in the last stage of my master’s degree in Education and Learning Innovation from the UK. I have many certificates and certifications in many fields such as MCP, CIW, CIPT, CBT, as well as I am an MBTI assessor and hold the global MBTI certification. Furthermore, I am a member of ATD, CIPD, and other learning organizations.
I designed a new methodology to facilitate a new language learning using an adaptive learning style.
I have taught more than 3000 people over the world in many fields such as computer skills, soft skills, business management, Arabic and English languages.
I have trained more than 100 trainers in the past few years and they are now stars in their work over the globe.
