Hello! My name is Nadine, and I am passionate about helping students discover the beauty of the Arabic language. I am originally from Germany and have lived in the Middle East since childhood, where I developed a deep connection with the Arabic language and culture. While I picked up conversational Arabic during my childhood in Lebanon, I formally studied the language as an adult, giving me unique insight into the challenges of learning Arabic from scratch.
I hold an MA in Arabic from a university in Germany, another MA from SOAS University of London, and a PhD in Arabic from Georgetown University in the US. During my studies, I focused on teaching Modern Standard Arabic as a foreign language as well as contemporary spoken Arabic. Since 2011, I have been teaching Arabic to beginners and intermediate learners, focusing on empowering students to achieve their language goals.
