I was born in Belgium to Italian parents and always spoke Italian at home, as well as in school (I attended the European School in Brussels), before moving to the UK in 2017 to start my undergraduate degree. I have taught conversational-level Italian for a few years now (I started in 2020), at the 3 main levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). A current student of mine has gone from beginner level to intermediate throughout our lessons. I was born and raised in Italy in a small town in the Marche region. After graduating in Foreign Languages (English and French), I decided to move to the UK, where I have been living for almost seven years. In fact, I have always loved languages with a keen interest in English in particular. I still remember that I was so excited when I learned my very first word: “yellow”.
