Science and PBL Teacher and Trainer

This is Shoaib Rasheed, holds a master's degree (equivalent to graduation) in Physics and currently working in an International Islamic School (Online) based in Dubai as a Senior Project coordinator.

Successfully developed training modules for Science and Science pedagogy catering primary and middle grades. Successfully developed more 20 project (Project based learning) with the incorporation of 21st Century skills & by involving multiple subjects & Inquiry based learning. Overall, delivered more than 200 training's at different forums for corporate and NGO sector.

By the use of modern feedback techniques improved performances of students, teachers and professionals.

Deft in monitoring and evaluation of project or a person’s performance. Skillful in providing constructive feedback after monitoring keenly by following 11 rules of providing feedback.

Before adopting profession of training, have done teaching for more than five years at multiple organizations. Have experience of teaching in School, colleges, academies and as a personal tutor. Have sound command on Physics and Mathematics up to Intermediate/A-levels. I have also done counselling of students, monitored-evaluated projects

Organized training's, events for corporate sector, university and for fund raising. Excellent command on interpersonal skills, communication skills, multi-tasking, team building, problem solving etc.
