Olá (: I'm Mahanie, a Brazilian Portuguese tutor and language enthusiast.

I currently run online classes for English and Spanish speakers. Portuguese is a beautiful language, but its grammar can be challenging, making the learning process feel exhausting at times. That’s why, in my classes, we’ll explore a variety of topics—from basic language concepts to psychology, philosophy, games, and whatever else piques your interest! We’ll shape the classes together, incorporating movies, books, podcasts, and various resources that will enhance your learning experience.

How much time does it take to learn Portuguese in Dublin?

If you take regular classes (at least 1h30 per week) and you put effort into it I'd say 4 months would give you a considerable knowledge of the language.

I have been taking classes with Mahanie for four months and I’m really happy with her. What I like the most is how she adapts the classes (content, speed, structure) to your interests, level and learning type.
