Hello, I am a native Japanese, raised and educated(to M.A degree) in Japan, a certified teacher for Japanese study.
After graduated, I has over 20 years of working experience in legal, financial, and human resource industries, before teaching career. I have spoken to a total of more than 1,500 Japanese speakers(non native) in my past career, so I can provide you business Japanese, job interview / resume tips.
One of my strengths is that I have been trained at ICT/Online education, and experienced over 620 hours of online classes for 3 years.

Is it difficult to learn Japanese in Hong Kong?
Yes or No, there might be a lot of Japanese there, then you would have some opportunities to speak in Japanese with them. However I do not think these Japanese are not proficient at teaching, especially not online teaching.
