Hajime Mashite! I’m Mayumi from Osaka. I lived in Darwin. I’ve studied Japanese calligraphy for over 20 years, and I am qualified to teach Japanese calligraphy. So I can teach how to write neat handwriting in Japanese at the same time as learning Japanese.
In 2002-2003, I was a Japanese teacher’s assistant in Brisbane, at an alternative primary school to introduce our culture, very basic Japanese words. I also had a Japanese teacher’s assistant in Perth, at a high school, to introduce Japanese calligraphy, helping origami to make 1000 cranes, same as helping some students in the Japanese classes.
With our Japanese language, I am happy to introduce our cultures, such as Japanese calligraphy and origami! I can teach some differences between the Japanese way and the Australian way of lifestyle, etc.
It depends on you. Easiest way is just use everyday even just a little bit.
It depends on you. How often do you use Japanese? The more you use, the more you gain. When you use reading, writing, speaking, and listening at the same time, it will take a short time to learn.
