Hi! I am Rika, a native Japanese speaker who has lived in Brisbane for almost three years. I am studying sociology, anthropology, and religion at the university so I have a deep understanding of Japanese culture that I’d love to share with you.
I offer lessons following your level and goals. Whether you want to focus on Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji, speaking practice, reading, or other areas, I’ve got you covered!
I have PDF textbooks on Genki 1 and the Japanese Grammer Guide by Tae Kim, available for use in our lessons.
I welcome students of all-level classes but highly recommend for beginner and intermediate-level learners.
English is my second language, so I truly understand how hard it is to study another language. I aim to make our class comfortable and engaging. Feel free to ask any questions!
*From March to July, I will be back in Japan. Thus, I will only be available for online sessions during this period. I appreciate your understanding.
