I'm Joey, a native French speaker with over 4 years of experience teaching French. I hold a French Master's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Robotics. I worked as an engineer before becoming a french tutor.
All of this allowed me to master technical vocabulary in French and English.
My approach goes beyond traditional French instruction; I'm here to guide you, as learning French should mainly happens outside the class. We'll use techniques I developed when I learned English and Portuguese, and especially when I had to learn the scientific and rigorous side of each language. We'll focus on your specific needs, prioritizing conversational skills. Effective communication in meetings, with coworkers, or in daily life.
As you progress, we'll engage in deeper conversations about hobbies, interests, and expertise. Whether it's discussing engineering problems, exchanging in a corporate settings or simply having a friendly chat, I'm here to support your language development.
