Filipino & English language Tutor

Trial Lawyer in the Philippines from 2004 up to now, English Language Teacher/Professor from 1993 to 2004. The first language is Filipino (Tagalog). My second language is English, and my course in college, BSE-English specifically. Then I took up my master's studies in English Language Teaching in the 1990s. Took up law in 1999 and passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2004. Any foreign student/tourist will easily learn the Filipino language specifically "Tagalog" the dialect predominantly spoken in Southern Luzon and some parts of Northern Luzon. Tagalog is understood all over the Philippines so that if one knows it he can use it for communication anywhere in the Philippines. English on the other hand is also understood all over the Philippines which is why I also offer it. Aside from that it was my major back in college.
