Hi there! I'm Antonio, and I've been happily calling Thailand home for nearly 15 years. Over the past 13 years, I've been teaching here, immersing myself in the vibrant culture and learning how to meet the diverse needs of my students. I have a genuine passion for teaching English and Filipino because I see language as a bridge that connects people and cultures. In my classes, I go the extra mile to ensure that learning is not only informative but also lively and fun, creating a joyful and memorable experience for my students.
Yes. Filipino words are pronounced as they are spelled, making pronunciation relatively straightforward once you understand the basic rules. Filipino has relatively straightforward sentence structure compared to some other languages. For example, verbs don't conjugate based on subject or tense in the way they do in many European languages.. If you speak English or Spanish, you’ll find many familiar words because Filipino has borrowed heavily from these languages.
