Hello. Let's get straight to the point:

ONLINE CLASSES ONLY - I've found this makes best use of both my client's and my time. It also means I have a huge amount of resources available...

My two degrees are from the University Of London:
BA Theology, Kings College
MA Film and Film Studies, Middlesex
TEFL 120 hours

Both Universities are highly rated and very demanding. With this in mind, it means when we work for an academic purpose I know what is expected and how to achieve it. I can help with everything from essays, research, presentation skills, and building your confidence. Many interviews are now conducted online, or via video, and I'm ready to make you feel and be your best.

Professionally I have worked in Corporate Communications and Public Relations for 15 years. For those looking for business English, I don't offer vague ideas or theories, I present direct and useful content tailor-made for you and the work that you do. Again, I'm familiar with working with media - TV and Audio. So if these are part of your role, I can offer practical advice about mastering these skills.

In many ways, my role involves coaching as much as giving information. I've helped clients apply for University places and make professional and career changes - sometimes changing careers completely.

Aside from work, I've been involved with many charities at both a National and Local level.

My classes are tailor-made for each student. We work out a plan to achieve your goals. My lessons can be tough, but I guarantee they are fun too. Working one to one speeds up the learning process incredibly.

We will use articles, journalism, and novels (parts of them). I will create exercises and find custom material just for you based on what you want to achieve and what interests you. It's a lot more fun if you learn English in a way that keeps you interested. This is partly why my rates are higher: I do a lot of work outside the class to make sure you have the best classes you can have. I don't rely on formulas and theories.

If you succeed then I succeed, and that's what makes teaching so much fun.

Random facts: I have been a National Champion in sport, hold a Black Sash in Kung Fu (Instructor), and have worked for famous people I'm not allowed to name :)
