I am TESL certified and I have 1 year teaching experience. In my class, I focus on having fun while learning and let the students ask as many questions as they need to. You learn faster by practicing and making mistakes. For Beginner Levels I use lots of TPR, props, flashcards, games and singing and I believe in positive feedback and correction of mistakes.
