Speak better English with a New Yorker

I have been teaching English in Berlin for over 20 years - one on one as well as in schools and companies. My students currently range from a 6-year-old first grader to a 76-year-old psychoanalyst.
I love helping my students get over their fears and hesitations to achieve fluency. Speaking a foreign language is more than being able to translate, it is also about understanding the culture and nuances of that language.
I meet at my home in Wilmersdorf. When you come I will make us a cup of tea. As you speak I will correct you of your mistakes and offer suggestions on how to express yourself better. When you talk about your life, work, interests, and passions, I will help you grow your vocabulary and strengthen your grammar. I will have done my job when you forget you are learning English and feel like you are just chatting with a friend (^_^)
